What Your Results Are Telling You

Now that you’ve completed the Nonprofit Sustainability Assessment, you likely have a clearer view of your organization.

You may have noticed:

• areas that feel strong and consistent
• areas that feel less defined
• and areas that may need more structure

This is exactly what this process is designed to reveal.

If your results show gaps, that doesn’t mean something is wrong.

It means your organization hasn’t been fully structured yet.

And that’s where most nonprofits find themselves.

The difference is what you do next.

You now have:

✔️ awareness
✔️ direction
✔️ a starting point

The next step is deciding how you want to move forward.
